What are the check‑in and check‑out times? +
Check‑in is between 15.00 – 21.00 and check‑out is between 09.30 – 10.00.
Are pets allowed? +
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the villa.
Is it ok to smoke at the villa? +
We kindly request that you do not smoke inside the villa, but you can smoke outside. Ashtrays are provided.
Do you have a high chair or other baby items available? +
Yes, we have a cot suitable for a baby up to 2 years old. We also have a highchair, plastic plates & cutlery for toddlers/babies and also a baby bath.
Is the pool heated? +
The pool is heated naturally by the sun with the temperature ranging between 20°C in the winter and 25°C in the summer.
Do you provide towels and/or a hairdryer? +
Yes, we provide towels for the bathroom and for the swimming pool. We also provide two hairdryers – one for each floor of the villa.
Do you recommend hiring a car? +
Yes, we recommend hiring a rental car. It’s great to get out and about to see the beautiful island, and the supermarket is about a 5 or 6 minute drive from the house—right next to the beach and the marina.
Is there a minimum stay requirement? +
Yes, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights in the summer and 4 nights between November to March.
Is the villa suitable for a couple rather than a family or group? +
Yes it is. During November to March we rent just one level of the villa which has access to the swimming pool, BBQ, Games room, kitchen, shower room, a twin bedroom and a King double bedroom.
