Your guide to a great stay with us
We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable time at the villa. To help make that possible for everyone, we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:
During your stay: +
- Please help us keep things peaceful by keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm and 9am — our neighbours will appreciate it.
- Whilst we love a good celebration, parties and events aren’t permitted.
- We’re unable to accommodate pets, so please leave your furry friends at home.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but you can smoke outside.
- Please don’t flush rubbish, wipes, or other items down the toilet — it can cause plumbing issues.
- After meals, we appreciate it if you could wash any used dishes – put them in one of the 2 dishwashers.
- Most importantly — relax, enjoy, and make yourself at home!
Before you leave: +
- Before you check out, kindly take any rubbish out of the house.
- Try to leave the house as you found it, clean and tidy.
- We ask for you to wash any used dishes – put them in one of the 2 dishwashers and set it to work.
- Before leaving the house, don’t forget to switch off the heaters, lights, and TV.
- Most importantly — we wish you easy and safe travels back to your home!
Your responsibilities: +
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or to furniture, utensils, and other items provided during the stay.
- Please keep your personal belongings safe — while we do our best, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
